Again this year I am happy to have been awarded membership in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board's Medallion Club which recognizes the top 10% of REALTORS®. 

This year I am in the President's Club which is the top 1% of REALTORS®*, ranking number 32 overall among all Greater Vancouver REALTORS®. I could not attain this recognition without the support of all of you and I really appreciate it. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who retained us to help you buy or sell a home and those who referred us to friends, neighbours and family. Your ongoing support is much appreciated! 

This week I was also asked twice about what to do when buying or selling homes in other areas.  If you find yourself in that situation, please contact me as I know realtors all over the country (all over the world for that matter) and if you need someone and I don't know anyone, I can help you find someone with a good reputation. We hope to help you with all of your real estate needs, even if you don't need our help directly.
