JENNY HUNG

In 1995, Jenny was an ESL student in high school on East Side of Vancouver.  At that time, she could not speak a word of English.    However, the language barrier did not stop her from being an honour roll student through out her high school years; it also did not stop her from pursuing post secondary education at University of British Columbia.   Now, Jenny has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree (Civil Engineering Environmental Option) at UBC, and has become a licensed realtor. She is also currently taking interior design courses at BCIT -- in the hopes that her services can benefit her clients more in the future.   As a young professional in real estate, Jenny is always looking for new ways to achieve top service and is never tired of finding ways to serve her clients better. 

Jenny worked in various real estate related industries before she became a realtor.  She worked as a draftsperson for Architects and Interior Designers in Taiwan; she also worked as a customer service representative and an administrative assistant.   The skills she has gained and developed from different industries have given her what it takes to be excellent at assisting her clients in meeting their real estate needs.....and around the office and in the real estate community generally, Jenny is well known for her friendliness!

As a first generation immigrant, Jenny has the ability to work with families whose first language is not English and understand their concerns and perspectives.    (Sometimes it can be a very stressful experience to purchase a home in a new country where the person does not understand the language fully.) She communicates fluently in Mandarin and understands Cantonese.   Because of her language skills, she is able to get messages across to more customers at open houses and also to work with Chinese buyers who are new immigrants to Canada.
