This market is not great for many of us but, unfortunately, it is likely to be with us for quite a long time. On the positive side, there are opportunities to be had-this is a great market for many, including:
-first time buyers
-those wanting to upgrade to a better home (the "gap" works in your favour now)
-investors looking to get into real estate investments or expand their investment portfolios
It is not often that there are good markets for buyers in the Lower Mainland...it's been about 20 years since the last one of any significance. This is not an opportunity to be missed.
