This week the Vancouver Sun reported that in BC, the average price of a waterfront CABIN is now over $1 million dollars! It's amazing! Of course in Vancouver the prices are higher given how luxurious most of our waterfront homes are. Even the less luxurious homes in the Deep Cove, West Van and the west side of Vancouver are extremely expensive now as compared to five years ago. The even more surprising thing is that these numbers factor in the water access only remote cabins and the number still stays high.
