Getting into real estate on the ground level-going south of Vancouver

This was my third time to Nicaragua in less than a year but I stayed longer than usual (a week this time instead of an extended long weekend) and saw a lot of the country.  This trip, we even went to what is supposed to be the "touristy" San Juan Del Sur.  I have to say, given its reputation and given the recent press actor Matthew McGonigle received as a result of his recent surf voyage there, I was a bit worried it would be a nightmare comparable to Tamarindo Costa Rica or Waikiki Hawaii-expensive and overridden with tourists.  Surprisingly, this was not at all the case.  There were more tourists there relative to Nicaraguans than there had been in other parts of the country but generally it was consistent with other areas-a sleepy town seriously lacking in tourist infrastructure-excellent!!!!  Having said that, it is easy to see how this town will take off over the next decade-it is perfectly laid out to be the next Tamarindo CR once it gets a few more businesses aimed at the tourist trade.
