So how does it all work anyhow-the buying and selling of real estate in Vancouver?

Someone at our morning website work meeting just asked an interesting question: one of the realtors had just had an offer come in last night and the non realtor asked how does that work? This person works with realtors all of the time and didn't know that, nor did he know what "double ending" meant....so we are going to do a little series on how the whole process works.  If you have a particular question you would like answered, please let us know-otherwise, stay tuned....
