Interest rates popped up above 3 percent last week for the 5 year rate after being at under 3 for ages. Apparently they are going up again next week. We may NEVER see rates this low again so if you are thinking of buying, upgrading or investing (its a great time for all of the above) please get a rate hold asap! If you don't have a mortgage broker we can recommend some.
