It’s one thing to know how to get the best deal when you are negotiating real estate in Vancouver. That’s the domain of an expert realtor. They know the tricks of the trade, so to speak, and are able to make the perfect offer, at the perfect price to get the best possible value for their client. Whether it’s selling high-end real estate in West Vancouver or buying a new condo on Commercial Drive, they have the people skills to read others, and gauge the psychology of a deal. An expert realtor also knows how to maneuver the paperwork. They know how to put together a professional crew of photographers, marketers, stagers, and brokers. A great realtor will know how to find sellers the best buyer and buyers the best sellers. They are very good at what they do once the sale is afoot.


An expert realtor in Vancouver is smart, driven, focused and intelligent. They know how to get the best possible price. They are not alone. There are many Medallion Club realtors in Vancouver. They should know how.


But what of the when? It is one thing to know how to seal a deal at the best possible prices in the current market situation. However, the haste to make a deal right now, right away, sometimes overshadows a more important factor in the real estate transaction - it is all about money - either making, or saving, the most money you possibly can. At the end of the day it is all about lining the client’s pockets. If an expert realtor does not have knowledge and understanding of real estate in Vancouver, they will plow ahead, gung ho, like a bull from the gates, without any consideration to the strategy of making (or saving) the most possible money.


Knowing when to sell is as important as knowing how to sell for the top dollar. Top dollars change. Vancouver realtors that have been in the game for years are like seasoned veterans. They have seen the rapid ups and downs of the Vancouver real estate market, and they know how to wait out the slumps and take advantage of the rising waves.
