To (just) LIST or to SELL...that is the question!
The market has slowed substantially over the past several months. Homes are being listed but many are not selling. Those that are still selling need to be priced right to get attention from buyers. If a home is attractively priced, and marketed well, there are still buyers out there willing to buy. We are still getting a lot of activity on our listings and just had multiple offers this week on one home even though it had been listed for quite a while. We also had an offer over asking (and now sold) last week on another home that had been listed for months. There are buyers out there waiting to buy!
Listing now, before the Spring onslaught of home listings to compete with, makes sense for sellers trying to maximize their results. It's all about supply and demand.
