We love to work with buyers and we believe our approach is quite different from some.  We consider our role as that of an advisor first.  Coming from that perspective, it is important to us, not just to help you find what you want (or think you want:-) but to advise you of the options available to you.  We like our clients to have information to make good decisions.  While you may still decide to buy because you like the kitchen, we want you to make that choice with knowledge (and hopefully we can convince you that there is more to consider than the kitchen)!  While this approach generally increases the time it takes for buyers to find a home, we think most of our buyers end up very happy with their buying decisions.  Once you have your financing set up, we can review the options available to you.

We understand the relationship between homebuyers and Agents must be based on trust, mutual goals and understanding. We need to know why you are buying and what you want AND we always keep your interests first and foremost. Our goal is not the "quick sale" but the happy client.  The real estate process requires negotiation of complex issues; we are committed to working in your best interests. We will help you secure the best possible price, with the most favorable terms, in the shortest period of time.

When searching for your dream home, it's important to be well informed of the Real Estate market. We will send you information to get you there.  To help you with this process, consider the following factors: What features do you require in a home to satisfy your lifestyle now? Five years from now? Will your needs change? What's your budget? These are decisions only you can make, but we will do everything possible to match you with your dream home.....or in this market at least match you to a home that can ultimately be traded up to your dream home!
