The government has said housing is its
focus in this budget.....and there may be some good news for
SOME first time home buyers. Unfortunately, the changes

want to buy a home in the west side. The BC government has raised
the exemption for the First Time Home Buyers Program threshold to
$375,000 with proportional exemption up to ...

buying air (condos are the legal subdivision of airspace) instead

producing a program called EcoHomes. We have developed ideas for a
number of the shows (ie. healthy and toxic home interiors;
environmentally friendly home designs, how to make your home more
energy efficient, etc.) If you have any ideas for a show or know of
someone great who we should interview, please let us know. If you
have any ...

As an environmental lawyer now turned
realtor, I have an avid interest in media reports regarding the
environment. Living in Vancouver, with all of its amazing
environmental features, just accentuates that. This morning a
great mortgage broker I know sent me an article that talked about
both climate change and real estate-the start of a perfect day
for me....until I read the ...
