Vancouver property values are great by comparison to New York

Well I am still in New York but can’t help thinking about an amazing unit I viewed in East Vancouver before I left.  It was such great value for the money-it is not my listing but I have been wracking my brain trying to figure out someone who might need a great, renovated, view condo, west of Fraser and under $230,000….it is not large but for a one bedroom corner suite with a new kitchen, wood floors, etc. the value can’t be beat….and who needs all that space-a small one bedroom Vancouver conco is quite palatial when compared to what New Yorkers live in and love…..and with a great city and mountain view…….
