Can Vancouver’s west side property values rival Manhattan’s?

Last day in the city with the highest price per square foot properties in North America...yes Manhattan continues to make Vancouver’s west side look like an extreme bargain.  Makes me want to go home and buy some more property-if New York has reached these heights, how long can it be before Vancouver does?  Although since New York is a financial capital of the world, it may be that since Vancouver is not it will never reach the same heights.  A good friend of mine once said, if you want to make money you need to work around money-and he is right-investment banking and other similar fields are fairly lucrative! But I’ll stick to what I love-marketing fabulous Vancouver properties and helping people find their dream homes……….
