Vancouver west side open houses

Another weekend of busy open houses for our team in Vancouver-and here I am sipping champagne in New York!  It is still surprising to me how busy this market is so early in the year.  So many buyers and so few places available-the smart sellers who have listed now rather than waiting for Spring are really doing themselves a great favour I think….we have listings that likely would have been a lot harder to sell if we waited until March but have literally flown off the shelf now!  Hopefully our opens this weekend will yield the same results…that supply and demand thing-works every time!
