This place is great and the price is unbeatable: view condo in great location and with a lovely layout all at under $200,000! the open houses are Sat/Sun 2:30-4 pm and should be pretty busy as this place is a great opportunity for people who want to get into the market or downsize.....hopefully it will be sunny so people can see the mountains and city at their finest!
